They send a reminder the day before they are coming to service with a time frame. I also receive a text the morning of the service from the technician. I have dogs so I really appreciate these reminders. When the service has been completed I will receive a notification that includes the technicians picture. With a family of 2 young kids and a dog, we were looking for something safe and effective as we have been getting eaten alive by mosquitos the last few summers.
